Cancellation Policy – Indisangam

At Indisangam, we understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Prepaid & COD Orders: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Prepaid Orders : For eligible cancellations, we will issue a Store Credit Note of the same order value or offer a replacement with another product of equal value.We do not offer cash refunds.

COD Orders : COD orders can be cancelled within the allowed time window without any charges.

Indisangam-Initiated Cancellations

In rare cases, Indisangam may need to cancel an order due to:

  • Unavailability of fabric or materials
  • Incorrect product listing or pricing errors
  • Quality control issues
  • Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity

If a prepaid order is cancelled by Indisangam:

  • A full Store Credit Note of the paid amount will be issued
  • The customer will be notified via email or phone

Cancellation Charges

  • For prepaid orders cancelled after placement, a 2–3% deduction may apply towards payment gateway charges.
  • The remaining balance will be issued as a Store Credit Note.

Credit Note Validity

  • Credit notes issued for cancellations or exchanges are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.
  • Store credit can be redeemed on any Indisangam product and is non-transferable .

Important Notes

  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled .
  • Indisangam reserves the right to approve or decline cancellation requests based on order status.
