Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility:
We accept returns only if you have received:
- A wrong product
- A damaged or defective item
To be eligible for a return:
- You must raise a return request within 5 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags must be intact and the item must be in original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return:
Please submit your return request via the return form on our website or contact our Customer Care team with your order details and clear images/videos of the item and packaging.
Return Approval & Pickup:
Once approved, we will arrange for pickup from your delivery address.
Refund via Store Credit Note Policy
We do not offer cash refunds.
After the item is received and passes quality inspection, approved returns will be refunded only via a Store Credit Note equal to the returned item’s value.
Store Credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance and can be used on any Indisangam product.
Store Credit will be issued in your Indisangam account or via email.
Condition Requirements:
Products must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all original tags attached
Store Credit cannot be issued if any of the above conditions are not met.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility:
Exchanges are accepted only for:
- Size issues
- Incorrect or defective products
To Qualify:
- Raise an exchange request within 5 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Process:
Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange pickup of the original item and ship the replacement based on availability. Exchanges are typically completed within 10–12 days from pickup, subject to stock availability.
Conditions That May Affect Return / Exchange
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
- The product has been washed, worn, or altered
- Original tags are missing
- Product shows signs of wear or misuse
- Items beyond the 5-day return/exchange window
- Customized, personalized, or final sale products
Important Notes
- Shipping charges for return pickup may apply as per policy.
- Store Credit issued will be valid for redemption on future Indisangam purchases within 3 months.
- Refund processing is subject to inspection and quality check of returned products.
