Returns & Refund Rules – Indisangam

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to approval and quality check.

Refunds are issued only via Store Credit. We do not offer cash or bank refunds.

All returned products must pass our Quality Check (QC) process.

Returns that fail QC will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

Important Conditions

• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration will not be eligible for return or refund.
• Store Credit issued will be valid as per Indisangam policy and can be redeemed on future purchases.
