Exchange Rules – Indisangam

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or in case of a defective / incorrect product.

All exchange requests are subject to availability of stock.

Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

• The product must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• The item must pass our Quality Check (QC) process

Non-Eligible Exchanges

• Products that fail QC will not be exchanged
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration
• Customized or final-sale products

Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange a pickup of the original item.

The replacement product will be shipped after successful QC and subject to stock availability.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a Store Credit Note of the same value will be issued.
